FAQ

Questions you might have.

The short version. Every rule is written down in the docs.

Read the docs
Who holds the money?

Nobody, in between: buyers pay sellers directly. Handoff only holds the ETH, in an escrow vault on Robinhood Chain, until the trade is released or returned.

What if the buyer never pays?

The trade cancels itself when the payment window runs out. The ETH stays with the seller: in their ad, or back in their refund wallet.

What if the seller doesn't release?

Open a dispute from the trade. The ETH can't move while our team reads the chat and your proof, then releases it to you or returns it to the seller.

What does it cost?

1% of the ETH sold, paid by the seller. Buying is free, and withdrawing unused escrow is free: we pay the gas.

Which network?

Robinhood Chain. You sign in with X; the ETH moves through the wallet created for you, or any EVM wallet you connect.
